Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any personalized items unless faulty.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at alice@thekindbear.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept exchanges. However, watch this space! We’re working on offering this service in the near future and will update our policy as soon as it’s available.

Refunds
